Advanced HACCP Workshop (Verification and Validation)


  • 2-day intense, hands-on, activity-based workshop 
  • Accrediated by the International HACCP Alliance for content and trainer qualifications. 
  • Dr. Larry Hood, Ph.D. is the Trainer for American Food Safety Services which is an approved training and consulting center for the International HACCP Alliance and the SQF Institute.
  • Upon completion, attendees receive an AFSS certificate with the International HACCP Alliance gold seal.  This certificate meets the SQF Institute and Int'l HACCP Alliance requirements.
