Our training model:
  • Our small classes foster group discussion and allow the use of practical examples based upon class composition to illustrate complex SQF Code implementation.
  • Larger public training venues restrict learning because they inhibit group interaction and the dynamic learning process so critical to adults.
  • Trainers from many larger centers lack direct, hand's on experience with food processing and SQF audits that is essential when interpreting the requirements of the SQF Code.
  • On-line training for SQF Practitioners is primarily an exercise in reading slides; there is no way to receive feedback for your questions and no discussion of documentation design or implementation critical to passing the initial SQF certification audit.
