Complete registration form below. All items with a * symbol must be completed. Then click "submit" at bottom of form (use the small scroll bar at side).
After registering, to pay by credit card, click the red "shopping cart" below. Only by payment are you reserved a space in the course. You will receive confirmation of registration & payment @ the e-mail address on your registration form.

- We accept payment by most credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover or by check.

- Payment must be confirmed within 7 days or your registration is not complete.
- If you have trouble with the shopping cart, call us at 908-295-1691.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of our training programs and assocated fees is permitted under the following conditions:
1. Return of 100 % of registration fee less 3% service charge if cancelation is 30 days or more prior to start of class.
2. Return of 50% of registration fee less 3% service charge if cancellation is 15 to 30 days prior to start of class.
3. No return of registration fee is permitted when cancellation is less than 15 days prior to start of class.
